There are a couple things to get ready before you do this visualization:
Do this meditation before retiring to sleep since Pisces rules sleep and The Dreamtime, and it's really the best way to allow your subconscious mind to work with this Moon's Piscean Frequency. The idea is to do this within a few days of the Pisces New Moon, if possible. The reason being that it's always best to do 'releasing' work during the Dark of the Moon (while she's invisible to us on Earth) and before you 'plant your seeds' on the New Moon itself. I also highly suggest that you read the information on the meaning of this Pisces New Moon which can be found on the "New Moon Of the Month" page on this website. Once you have all the items listed above, and you've read the New Moon's meaning as suggested, then do the following short excercise before listening to the meditation: Write down on a piece of paper all those dreams which you once had and which you no longer wish for in your life. It's time to give them back up to the Great Spirit for recycling. These might be dreams that you've had recently, in the past year, or they could be older ones that you've been holding on to. Note down whichever ones your Soul is urging you to let go of now. Once You've jotted them down, sit or lie comfortably, keeping your spine straight for the flow of energy, in a place you won't be disturbed...and turn on the recording.
